“I really enjoyed playing in the TOC this year. I played solid golf and was really happy with my results. It was also great to be able to compete in a tournament over the winter months.”

RMJGT note: Due to a shoulder injury, Nathaniel was not able to participate in our Tournament of champions this year but he had this to say:
“I didn’t get to play but the rmjgt is a great tour and I wish I could have played, it was
a great course and i just wanna say thank you for this tour, without it I don’t
think I would be able to play college golf because I don’t know if he would have
found me otherwise.”

“I thought the course was in great shape. The staff at McCormick Ranch were nice
and professional.  I enjoy playing with the older girls. Playing with older
girls helps to challenged me to bring my “A” game so I can compete at a higher
level. New Mexico’s weather did not allow me to practice or play golf for four
weeks, and I would have loved to have had an opportunity to have a practice
round on Saturday. I missed having an official  social get together (like last
year), giving me a chance to make new friends and see some old friends for the
last time before they go to college (For example, I loved playing in the Ryder
Cup with Taylor Buck, she’s awesome). Overall, I thought the Tournament of
Champions was an excellent experience.
I look forward to next years age grouping (especially for Jacquelyn my younger sister). We (my sister and I) also look
forward to the lower cost of your tournaments so we can possibly play more tournaments.”
~~Thanks,Dominique Galloway

I had a great experience at the Tournament of Champions!  It was colder and wetter than I was expecting, but it worked out fine. I met some cool kids that I got to play with and really enjoyed that. My mom was sick and could not go, but I ended up being able to spend some great time with my dad and brother who followed me both days.  The highlight of the tournament for me was tying for second.  I thought the course was awesome and in great shape. I felt like I played pretty consistent throughout the weekend, making a few birdies and a few bogies but mostly pars. Overall I am happy with the way I played. I was also very impressed with how the RMJGT ran the tournament. I cannot wait to sign up for more!
Thank you for a great experience!
Sincerely,
Court Lewis

I enjoyed playing in RMJGT’s Tournament of Champions. As always the level of competition as well as the organization of the tournment were outstanding. The environment was meant for all junior golfers that wanted to compete with some of the best golfers in the Western region.  Everyone who is a part of RMJGT were friendly and helpful, and  I would especially like to thank Tracy Cologne and Mr. Adolfson who both went out of their way to make it a great experience.  I have enjoyed yet another year in this tour and would like to thank RMJGT for a great season.
Sincerely,Braden  Baer

Thanks Tracy we really like rmjgt because you do allow caddies. There’s  no other sport I can think of that forces kids to go out a play a solitary game with no companionship  or assistance.
Also, rangefinders are very important for junior golfers since they are growing and their swings are constantly evolving it’s important for them to have the feedback that rangefinders provide.
Keep up the good work.
Terry
