TRACY COLOGNE, Tournament Director, has lived in Colorado most of her life. She resides in Monument, Colorado with her husband Vince and their sons, Max and Garrett. Having watched her children grow up playing tournament golf, she saw the need for Nationally Ranked Tournaments in Colorado and surrounding states. Tracy travels to each of the events. Working with youth is a passion. She believes that golf is a confidence builder. Having good self esteem is essential for these young people to pursue their dreams. MARK ADOLFSON, Rules Official, is a Financial Advisor and longtime Colorado resident who lives in Niwot. Married to Shirlee, they have one child, Jack, in high school. Mark has started and managed businesses including Pro-Formance Golf Schools,a teaching and golf equipment company with locations in Arizona, Florida and Utah. He is an avid golfer and has been very involved in junior golf having served on the Colorado Junior Golf Parent Advisory Board and has traveled to numerous national and international junior tournaments with his son. He believes that RMJGT provides juniors the opportunity to learn positive life lessons and improve their game by playing quality tournaments. This is why he became involved with RMJGT.
MARY OZIMKOWSKI, Rules Official, is a veteran golf tournament director and manager. She has successfully facilitated fund raising golf tournaments for numerous organizations including the Special Olympics. In 2002, Mary organized the Special Olympics Golf League in Evergreen, Colorado and coached several special olympics athletes. Mary, an avid golfer, has played in six golf leagues in the Denver and Phoenix areas and recently completed the PGA/USGA Rules of Golf workshop in Scottsdale, Arizona and is a certified Rules Official.
LIBBY HASTEN, Rules Official, grew up in a family of golfers. She is an avid golfer and enjoys playing as she travels. Her golf destinations have included New Zealand, Australia and Hawaii. Libby recently completed the PGA/USGA Rules of Golf workshop in Scottsdale, Arizona and enjoys the interaction with the RMJGT Junior Golfers.
VINCE COLOGNE, Executive Director, is a native of Colorado. His background in marketing and promotion is the key to the success of spreading the word about the tour. Vince is presently an assistant coach for a AAA hockey team in Colorado. He uses that coaching experience when interacting with the juniors. Vince is also the active liason between RMJGT and college coaches. Getting the high level players that live in the states where we host events in touch with the schools where they want to go is important. Coaches want to know how these players are progressing.
IRISH SHOPTAUGH, Director of Member Services, has lived in Colorado since 1999with her husband Jerry and their two children, Tatum and Slater. Originally from San Francisco, she marketed to a large Northern California territory as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative which has given her the experience to provide great customer service to tour members and tour supporters. She is a nationally certified Group Fitness Instructor and has taught at various locations in both California and Colorado for the past 15 years.rmjgtishop@rockymountainjuniorgolftour.com
TRENT WEARNER, Director of Golf Instruction, is a respected PGA member and teacher as well as a member of an elite group of the nation's top instructors (AMF Instructor Division). In 2004, at age 31, Wearner became the youngest recipient of the Colorado PGA Teacher of the Year award and since then has been thrust into the national arena earning the accolades you see here:

DR. DENISE MCGUIRE, Mental Coach, is a licensed psychologist, performance coach and founder of Get in the Zone, www.getinthezone.net, a company which utilizes leading edge technology and scientifically grounded methods to help golfers optimize their performance both on and off the course.
Dr. Denise believes that golfers can learn to play in their optimal zone through developing greater awareness of their mental, emotional and physiological tendencies during performance. She uses an integrated model of instruction and works closely with PGA and LPGA teaching professionals to tailor the best peformance plan for each golfer.
Her clients include both professional and amateur players ranging from beginners to high school, collegiate, LPGA tour players and mini tour golfers.
Dr. Denise is passionate about junior golfer development and understands the importance of supporting both junior golfers and their parents in reaching their goalsand navigating the world of competitive junior golf. She works with many junior golfers, some of whome are state champions and are top-ranked in the nation.

He has worked with PGA tour winners, Arron Oberholser and Joe Durant as their conditioning coach, both of whom won in 2006.
