The North American Junior Amateur Championship Qualifier at BanBury was this weekend and RMJGT has a wonderful turnout. Jack Reeves of Sandpoint ID dominated the Boys 13-14 field this weekend by seventeen strokes. Reeves turned in consistent scores of 74 and 73. Another Reeves’ wins by a large margin in the Boys 10-12 division.  Will Reeves of Sandpoint, Idaho had an impeccable weekend of golf play. Although the Girls 15-19 division was smaller than usual at BanBury, the competition was even and very close. The U14 Girls Division was completely taken over by Payton Fehringer as she won the champion title by seventeen strokes. The 2014 Rocky Mountain Intercollegiate Shootout proved to be a true success this weekend after collegiate players, as well as high school players came from near and far to compete at Heritage Eagle Bend Golf Club in Aurora, CO. Although the collegiate women could not be present this weekend, the high school girls played at the college level this weekend.
